VCloud was started in 2017 by a small group of engineers tired of incumbents that sold the SLA, then made the customer chase the ticket. We picked Punjab because it has the density and the demand, and we've stayed wholesale because mixing retail and carrier is how networks get bad.
Reliable transport, predictable bills, no surprises.
The mission is unromantic: move bits between Punjab cities at a known latency, on a published SLA, for a price that scales predictably with capacity. No bundled features, no AI-fronted consumer apps, no cross-subsidies from a retail division.
We measure ourselves on five things: availability, MTTR, latency drift, on-time delivery for new circuits, and ticket time-to-engineer. They're on the customer portal, alongside the per-customer SLA dashboard.

None of these are unique on their own — together they're the reason customers stay with us through their second renewal.
We own the layer-1
IRUs on the long-haul, owned metro builds in Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan. We change routes without renegotiating with three carriers.
Engineer-first NOC
Tier-1 NOC operators are CCNP / JNCIS-trained, not script-followers. Senior engineers reachable inside 15 minutes for P1 incidents.
Public AS, public hygiene
AS137492 with full RPKI ROA coverage, MANRS-aligned filtering, IPv6 by default. We publish what we filter and what we don't.
Wholesale-only by choice
We sell to telcos, banks, cloud operators and large enterprises. We don't run consumer broadband and we won't.
PTA-licensed, locally accountable
Class license under PTA's CVAS / LDI framework, registered office in Lahore, locally owned. We answer Pakistani complaints in Pakistan.
Predictable contracts
12, 36 or 60-month terms. No auto-renewal traps. Capacity uplifts mid-term without re-pricing the base.

Ex-incumbent network planning. Built our first DWDM ring in 2019. Owns commercial and regulatory strategy.
Backbone engineering and product. Designed the AS137492 routing policy and the MPLS core.
