Privacy notice

This notice describes how VCloud (Pvt.) Ltd. ("VCloud", "we") handles personal data collected through our website (https://vcloud.com.pk), our customer portal and the operation of our network services.

1. What we collect

From the website: the form fields you submit (name, work email, company, phone, message), and basic server logs (IP, timestamp, user-agent, referrer) retained for up to 90 days for abuse and security analysis. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

From customer accounts: business contacts, billing details, service-configuration data (BGP sessions, prefixes, CE/PE port assignments) and ticket history. We do not access or retain customer payload traffic outside ticket-driven, customer- authorised packet captures.

2. Why we hold it

To respond to inquiries, provide and bill for services, run our NOC and SOC, meet our regulatory obligations under the PTA framework, and enforce our acceptable use policy.

3. How long

Inquiry form submissions: 24 months unless you become a customer. Server logs: 90 days. Customer records: for the duration of the contract plus seven years for tax and audit purposes. Ticket history: five years.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with our contracted processors (CRM, billing, ticketing, email) under written DPAs, and with regulators or law-enforcement bodies when properly compelled under Pakistani law.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal basis to keep it. Requests go to dpo@vcloud.com.pk and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Previous versions are kept and shared on request.
