These terms govern your use of https://vcloud.com.pk. Service contracts are governed by the relevant Master Services Agreement signed between you and VCloud (Pvt.) Ltd. — these website terms do not create a service relationship.

1. Information on this site

The capacity, latency, availability and other technical figures published on this site are illustrative of our current network plan. They are not contractual unless reconfirmed in writing inside an MSA, order form or accepted quote. We update them when the network plan changes; we don't backdate.

2. Acceptable use of the site

You may browse, link to, and quote from this site for lawful purposes. You may not crawl it at unreasonable rates, scrape contact details for unsolicited marketing, or use the site to probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure programme.

3. Form submissions

Inquiry forms are routed to our sales-engineering and compliance mailboxes. The contact form is not a real-time incident channel; for outages and emergencies use the NOC number on the contact page.

4. Intellectual property

The visual design, copy and SVG illustrations on this site are owned by VCloud (Pvt.) Ltd. or used under licence. The VCloud name and logo are our trademarks. The site source code (HTML / CSS / JS produced by Astro) may be re-used for internal evaluation but not republished as a marketing template.

5. Third-party references

Where this site mentions standards bodies (RIPE NCC, MANRS, PeeringDB), regulators (PTA), industry frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001) or third-party AS numbers, those references are factual and do not imply endorsement by those bodies of VCloud or this website.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, VCloud (Pvt.) Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Customer-side liability for live services is governed by the MSA, not by these website terms.

7. Governing law

Pakistani law applies. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
